Lou, our Purchasing Manager, has been with Paterson Papers for over ten
years. His expertise is in negotiation and problem solving. Quoting with the paper mills and envelope converters to fill the customer's requests for the most competitive pricing, fills a large part of his day. In addition to the challenging interpersonal interaction, Lou also faces the unglamorous and never ending battle with inventory control. This makes him the key link with both the inside and outside sales staff to satisfy today's "need it yesterday" demands.
Lou's passions are sports and music. He roots for the Vikings and keeps all of us current on the popular music scene. His sense of humor permeates the entire office helping to maintain a positive atmosphere. Lou has the ability to bring out the kid in all of us!
What he loves the most about being a part of Paterson Papers, is the sense of family he feels with all his co-workers. Lou is a real asset to the Paterson Paper Team.
