Russell knows the paper industry inside and out. Prior to working for Paterson Papers he was employed by a small paper company where he was a "one man band." He performed all the customer service responsibilities from taking orders and invoicing the merchandise to delivering the paper to the customers.

At Paterson Papers, Russell offers to our customers his extensive product knowledge and professional courtesy along with an understanding of today's demand for timely service. He is diligent about getting our customers what they need and delivering it when they want it.

After hours, his tie comes off and he pursues his passion for music, which began at the Berklee School of Music in Boston. His band "FreeRange" plays locally. Russell works hard and plays hard never losing his enthusiasm for both.
